Adorning the wall between the Coffee Shop and the Gift Shop in the new hospital will be a pair of Donor Trees, to entice the general public, volunteers, patients, staff, tourists and little green folks from other planets to donate to our fund raising efforts for the new hospital.

The trees are beautiful with wooden trunks and gold and silver leaves, plus, the bottom of the trunks are surrounded by rocks with our logo in a prominent position in the centre of the space.

Potential donors can fill out a Donor Form, which is linked below for your use, select an engraved gold or silver tree leaf or a decorative rock with your name, or,  a memoriam to a loved one, a celebration of a child, grand child or a business name etc.

 Your donation to West Lincoln Memorial Auxiliary will go towards the purchase of medical equipment for the new hospital.

Below, you will find links containing all the details you need to assist you in making a donation, and a brochure (also linked below) available in the Auxiliary Office in the Hospital for your use to promote the Donor Trees with friends, relatives neighbours etc.
